About Me

Hello, my name is Herson Jurado, and I am the founder of Man Construction. I’m originally from El Salvador, and I’ve spent the last 9 years honing my skills in the construction industry. My journey began with a deep motivation to secure a better future for my family and to channel my 10 years of experience into a company that would allow me to grow and give back to the community.

Before starting Man Construction, I gained valuable experience working with several industry leaders. I spent 4 years at Ground Effects, where I specialized in retaining walls, paver and brick patios, and operating heavy machinery. After that, I worked for 3 years with Paul David Restoration, where I focused on remodeling, flooring, roofing, drywall, and painting. I also worked for a year as a framing contractor in Charlottesville, and spent 2 years with Black Brother Painting, gaining extensive knowledge in various aspects of construction and design.

At Man Construction, my vision and mission are simple: to provide top-notch, professional service and to exceed client expectations. I strive to change the way my clients see construction by delivering quality, efficiency, and excellence in every job I undertake. My long-term goal is to expand the company, create more jobs within the community, and build a reputation as a trusted and well-known construction company in the area.
